My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very nice with a VERY COMFORTABLE king bed and a large bathroom, clean and had everything I needed. The service was fabulous, they handled everything wonderfully and were very helpful and friendly. The location was what I needed, clean, and welcoming, close to the freeway but a fence for better security would be great. The dining experience was really good, plenty of nice and warm food. Overall, a great experience with a few minor issues to keep in mind.
My stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston Intercontinental Airport was overall pleasant. The rooms were very roomy and clean, though there was a noticeable water leak bubble on the ceiling near the air vents. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. The location had its ups and downs, being within a 5-mile radius of what's needed but in a slightly unsafe area. The facilities were decent, providing essential services for a comfortable stay.
